Jenny, Jenny, Jenny…thank you, thank you, thank you! I can’t say this enough! I’ve been with Neal Gallo for well over 20 years and having Jenny as their representative makes me HAPPY! She is my superhero! My vehicle was labeled as a total loss, the reps in Atlanta left me in limbo, no one was communicating with me. Then I called Neal Gallo’s office and it was Jenny to the rescue! After explaining why I was confused and concerned, Jenny worked her magic and called me back, as promised, with details about what was happening with my claim and next steps. Jenny follows through and keeps promises. I offered to send her flowers and asked if she liked chocolate covered strawberries because I’m so grateful for her service. She declined. So, this Google Review will serve as a testimony to how truly appreciative I am to have Jenny, at the Neal Gallo agency, as my State Farm representative!
