"I’ve been with Neal for over 9 years and everything was wonderful. I never once had an issue with them nor payments going through, up until 3-6 months ago. I was having issues with payments and the office was not able to process my payment. My husband called multiple times trying to figure out why it wasn’t going through. The lady Terri or Jenny or wherever her name may be was so rude and obnoxious. She at one point even said it’s because we have no money in our bank( which I can ensure it wasn’t the case). We asked to speak to someone else that can better assist us and she kept saying it was our bank or card, we called and the bank said it wasn’t an issue on their end, needless to say we kept getting charged late fees after late fees , every time we tried to call this same lady kept answering and kept giving us attitude despite trying to help us. We even called after hours to operators and they assisted us more and when asked if we could make a payment , he himself was able to process it and take the payments from our bank. We explained the situation to this gentleman and he was even baffled as to why we kept getting denied. I am not someone who writes bad reviews, I am the complete opposite I always write the goodness reviews, but this was unacceptable and this is exactly the reason why we switched to someone else because this lady was not helping us, all she gave us was attitude and no assistance as well."

"I have had several occasions in the past year to make changes either to my homeowner's or automobile insurance. Each time, Camille Anello has be a tremendous help. Most recently, I am selling my home and buying a condo, and on very short notice, Camille put together a quote for insurance on my new condo. She asked me all of the relevant questions, and included everything I'll need in the policy. She made the process very easy, and in addition, she is extremely friendly and easy to talk to -- she has wonderful customer service skills!. Camille is one of the main reasons I have been a long term customer of Neal Gallo's agency."

"I feel like I’ve been with State Farm forever (nearly 30 years) but I recently moved to Neal Gallo’s office. In 3 months they’ve proven to me that not all insurance agents are equal. "My sister has been a client of Neal Gallo for almost 30 years. Maybe more. When I moved back home she put me on the policy and for the last 15 years I have been dealing with this location. First off I have had to deal with several accidents that were not my fault, not only did Neal and Andrea step up and call the insurance companies for me and discussed how they would fix my car they did not file a claim so it was not a mark against my record. I really appreciated that! They have gone above and beyond anything or any agent I’ve ever dealt with, almost like we were family. That’s how I felt! My most recent was three consecutive accidents within a five month period, even with my rental car when my car was being repaired, they handled everything and the other insurance company paid 100% and none of it was against my record. We actually bundled our homeowners renters and all of our cars with them because we trust them so much"

"I highly recommend Neal Gallo and his team. Our family has had several changes in our policies in the past few months with buying new vehicles. Camille looked over our policies to ensure we were getting any discounts and that our insurance stayed affordable for our family.
